For this reason, we look for individuals who are passionate about theis work and eager to grow with us. /p pWould you like to join the Hapiness Industry? /p pWe are looking for an Front Office Manager for our 4-star Hotel XXXXXXXX, located in XXXXXXXX. /p h3What will you be responsible for? /h3 ul liOrganize, supervise and control the correct functioning od the department, ensuring compliance with established objectives. /li liPlan, coordinate and distribute team tasks, ensuring appropiate workload and operational efficiency. /li liSupervise and verify the correct processing of administrative and quality procedures, in accordance with internal and external regulations. /li liIdentify training needs within the team and contribute to the continuous improvement of their skills. /li liProvide guest service and information at reception, including check-in and check-out processes. /li liManage administrative tasks: invoicing, payments, cash handling, filinf and documentation management. /li liSupervise and coordinate tasks assigned to bell staff, ensuring high quality guest service. /li /ul h3What are we looking for? /h3 ul liStudies in Tourism or similar. /li liHigh level of English. /li liExperience as Front Office Manager or at last three years as Assistant Front Office Manager in a similar hotel. /li liKnowledge of SAP. /li /ul h3What we do offer? /h3 pAt Eurostars Hotel Company you will be part of a leading company in the travel sector, continuosly growing and expanding globally, and commited to the ongoing development of its team.
