We are looking for a Junior Front-end Developer (Internship) to join our engineering team. You will work together with the team responsible for building the ‘client-side' of our websites and web applications. You should be able to translate our company and customer needs into functional and appealing interactive applications. If you're interested in creating a user-friendly environment by writing code and moving forward in your career, then this job is for you. We expect you to be a tech-lover, who is curious about new digital technologies and aspires to combine usability with visual design. Ultimately, you should be able to create a functional and attractive digital environment for our company, ensuring great user experience. Main responsibilities: Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices Integrate data from various back-end services and databases Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs Create and maintain software documentation Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our websites Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities Cooperate with web designers to match visual design intent Requirements Problem-solving Expertise in CSS and HTML, including layouts and cross-browser, CSS preprocessors (SCSS) Basic expertise in Javascript programming (React) including concepts like asynchronous, ES6, and closures Basic expertise in WordPress and basic concepts on theme development Basic knowledge with boundler (Gulp / Webpack) Basic experience with PHP Framework (Laravel) is a plus Understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization process is a plus Good problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills Teamwork skills with a problem-solving attitude Fluent in Italian and English German is a plus Benefits Smart Working policy - we believe in a result-driven work environment Young, cool, innovative and international environment Work on very innovative projects for international brands Work with latest technologies and equipment Educational opportunities for personal and professional growth Events participation #J-18808-Ljbffr
