CGA Technologies Srl is a leading metalworking company in the production of heat exchangers for the automotive, alternative energy, electronics and refrigeration sectors. We are looking for a BUSINESS DEVELOPER The figure we are looking for is a of Business Developer for our Commercial Team. BD will have the responsibility of contributing to commercial development, through the following activities: Establish the necessary connections with internal teams in order to bring new RFQs; Manage orders, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and effective communication with internal teams; Monitor the market and competition, analyzing trends and opportunities to optimize sales strategies; Acquisition of new customers through the implementation of lead generation and customer engagement strategies. Degree (Engineering is preferred); Previous experience of 3/5 years (Energy sector is preferred); Project management and organization skills; Fluent in English is mandatory; Position requires a lot of business trip in Europe. Direct placement in the company with prospect of consolidation. Salary and classification will be commensurate with the previous experience and technical skills.
