Wilmar Europe is seeking a Technical Business Development Manager – Beauty & Personal Care to shape and deliver the technical BD strategy for the European market. Based in Grassobbio near Milan, you will translate customer needs into technical propositions and work with R&D and Marketing to drive product innovations.
You will lead technical meetings with key customers, support approvals/certifications, and train Sales teams on formulations and applications.
