Overview In this role, you will support cost analysis for machines and packaging lines, blending technical insight with financial scrutiny. You'll assess baselines, monitor deltas, and back cost-reduction initiatives. You collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and technical offices to ensure robust, data-driven cost conclusions. This position is key to improving cost accuracy and driving efficiencies in complex automation environments. You will work within the Machine Cost Analysis Team to shape cost models for prototypes and established lines. Retribuzione / Benefits base salary starting from EUR 36000 insurances benefits in accordance with company policy CCNL Metalmeccanico collective agreement Responsabilità Support cost simulations and estimates for machines and packaging lines Analyze actual costs versus budgeted/standard costs Review BOMs and large data files to understand cost structures Identify main causes of cost deviations with a focus on technical and production drivers Contribute to cost reduction initiatives by analyzing components, technologies, and processes Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and technical offices to ensure accurate cost analysis Requisiti fondamentali ~2-5 years of experience in manufacturing, industrialization, methods & time analysis, production engineering, cost engineering, or similar technical environments ~ Good knowledge of mechanical drawings and manufacturing processes ~ Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex data ~ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and good knowledge of the Office Suite ~ Good knowledge of English (B2) written and spoken ~ Knowledge of SAP is a plus ~ Curious, detail-oriented, rigorous; proactive, organized, precise; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work with multiple stakeholders ~ curiosity ~ detail-oriented ~ rigorous ~ Microsoft Excel ~ Office Suite ~ BOM analysis
