Hardware Development Engineer, Bespoke Solutions

Drive innovation in complex PCBA designs utilizing cutting‑edge FPGA SoCs in our dedicated product development lab.
Architect and lead development of complex PCB designs incorporating FPGA SoCs
Lead new product introduction (NPI) processes with contract manufacturers
Develop and validate high‑speed digital and mixed‑signal circuits
Partner with FPGA/firmware teams to define hardware interfaces and requirements
Mentor junior engineers and establish hardware engineering best practices
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
~10+ years of hardware engineering experience
~ Experience with DFx (Design for Cost, Test, Manufacturing)
~ Experience with FPGA SoC hardware integration, hardware validation and debugging
~ Experience with AMD/Intel FPGA SoC platforms
Expertise in signal integrity and power integrity analysis and PCB design tools (Allegro, Altium, or similar)
