DIRETTORE VENDITE ITALIA

La figura, riportando al Direttore Commerciale, sarà responsabile dell’analisi dei mercati e della concorrenza contribuendo alla definizione del Business Plan commerciale e alla ricerca di nuove opportunità nel territorio nazionale al fine di raggiungere gli obiettivi di target prefissati.
Si relaziona con i clienti, promotori immobiliari, construction manager, architetti, ingegneri strutturali, subappaltatori e consulenti

Effettuare una puntuale analisi dei mercati di riferimento e del contesto competitivo, attraverso la preparazione di ricerche, studi, analisi integrate delle dinamiche, delle evoluzioni e dei principali trend di settore
Ricercare proattivamente nuove opportunità di business, sia relative ai mercati in cui la Società opera sia a mercati affini, con riferimento a tutti i prodotti, servizi e le aree di business presidiate
Curare, sviluppare e consolidare contatti e relazioni con tutti i clienti e gli stakeholder attuali e potenziali e tenendo traccia delle comunicazioni nel software CRM;
Garantire il raggiungimento dei target commerciali prefissati in linea con i parametri e gli obiettivi di profittabilità aziendale;
Il/La candidato/a ricercato è in possesso di diploma o laurea preferibilmente in discipline tecniche afferenti all’area dell’ingegneria civile/architetture oppure in discipline economiche supportate da rilevante esperienza nel ruolo maturata nel settore di riferimento che in ogni caso deve essere di almeno 4-5 anni.
Buona conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici e delle principali piattaforme CRM, oltre alla disponibilità a frequenti trasferte completano il profilo
