Overview CPL & TAYLOR by Synergos is recruiting an ICT HELP DESK technician (1st level) in Sant'Ilario d'Enza (RE). The position is full‐time, permanent, with a salary range of 25.000–30.000 € per year. Responsibilities Provide first‐level technical support for hardware, software and network issues. Perform routine maintenance on PCs, printers and mobile devices. Monitor the status of servers, local networks, backups and other IT systems. Assist in the configuration and management of LAN/WAN networks, access controls and security policy enforcement. Document technical activities and procedures. Report any anomalies promptly. Participate in technology upgrade projects and information system improvements. Qualifications Diploma or degree in computer science or related technical field. Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft‐related tools (Active Directory, Office 365, Teams). Familiarity with networking (LAN/Wi‐Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN). Experience with backup solutions and antivirus software. Strong relational skills, operational autonomy and customer‐service orientation. Technical English proficiency. Experience in help desk or IT support roles, even brief, is a plus. Knowledge of virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper‐V) or monitoring infrastructure is a plus.
