Our leading brands include ITT Cannon, Enidine, Aerospace Controls and kSARIA.Position SummaryThe Planning Specialist will be responsible for managing the procurement of materials and components while ensuring optimal inventory levels to support production schedules and for coordinating production and material planning activities to ensure timely delivery of connector products and focuses on balancing demand and supporting efficient production scheduling in alignment with customer requirements and company objectives.This role combines purchasing and planning activities to maintain supply continuity, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet delivery deadlines.Manage the procurement of materials and components while ensuring optimal inventory levels to support production schedules.Maintain accurate records of purchase orders and delivery schedules.Ensure availability of raw materials and components for connector assembly.Inventory ManagementMaintain optimal stock levels to minimize shortages and excess inventory.Support cycle counting and inventory accuracy initiatives.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Production and Logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.Communicate planning & procurement updates and resolve scheduling conflicts.Reporting & Continuous ImprovementPrepare planning & procurement reports and KPIs for management review.Contribute to process improvement projects to enhance planning and procurement efficiency.Position RequirementsExperienceExperience in production planning, material planning, procurement and supply chain roles (preferably in manufacturing).Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and MS Excel.Other Requirements2+ years of experience in procurement, planning, or supply chain roles.Knowledge of Lean principles and planning best practices is a plus.Familiarity with lean principles and inventory optimization.Sound knowledge of English language.
