Test Manager.
The Test Manager will play a key role in ensuring the success of complex engineering projects, being responsible for the verification and validation of products throughout their entire life cycle -from preliminary virtual testing to final on-site validation.
The role involves managing, defining, supervising and executing all testing activities, with a focus on software, control logic and system performance validation.
Design and plan verification and validation processes for highly customized baggage and parcel handling systems, ensuring alignment with both client expectations and internal quality standards.
Develop and supervise virtual as well as on-site testing activities, applying internal commissioning and validation methodologies.
Coordinate the efforts of engineering, software development and operations teams to ensure seamless system integration and performance compliance.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronic, or Automation) or related technical field
Fluent in Italian and English
