The Energy unit delivers services to clients globally across several sectors including hydropower, nuclear, waste, renewable generation and transmission & distribution networks. Together we provide integrated engineering and project management services across the project lifecycle – from concept and design to construction and operations, to decommissioning or repowering and life extension. Together with our clients, we’re helping to deliver the energy transition globally.
Our Energy Unit provides Civil and Structural expertise across various projects including Transmission, Thermal, Renewable and Nuclear. Due to continued growth, we are looking for civil engineers at various levels ideally with experience in Highway projects.
You’ll carry out work on Energy projects, fulfilling tasks including
Collaboration with civil engineers, urban planners, and transportation experts to create road designs that meet functional requirements.
Selection of appropriate materials for road construction (e.g., Specification of construction details, cross-sections, and pavement thickness.
Consideration of drainage, landscaping, and noise reduction.
Proficiency in using design software such as AutoCAD, Bentley Inroads, or similar tools.
Knowledge on current EU highway design standards, safety guidelines, and legal requirements.
Experience with road design projects.
Proficiency in Road Design Software: Skilled in using AutoCAD, Bentley Inroads, or similar tools.
Experience in Road Design Projects: Familiar with current EU highway design standards, safety guidelines, and legal requirements.
Experience working with civil engineers, urban planners, and transportation experts to create functional road designs
Degree in civil or structural Engineering
