From the Sunset Hotels & Resorts division, we are seeking a creative, strategic, and brand-orientedMembers RelationsManager in Madison House Milan , right in the heart of Milan. Main responsibilities -Lead prospecting, outreach and lead generation initiatives during the pre-opening phase to build a strong pipeline of prospective members. Conduct private tours, presentations and personalized meetings with potential members, effectively communicating the club's value proposition and exclusivity. Oversee and manage the full membership onboarding process, ensuring a seamless, consistent and premium experience at every stage. Monitor, grow and nurture the membership base through targeted engagement, retention and loyalty strategies. Develop and facilitate networking, collaboration and community-building opportunities among members. Work closely with the Marketing and Events teams to strengthen the club's positioning, visibility and appeal to target audiences. Track, analyze and report on membership KPIs and performance metrics, proposing data-driven strategies to support sustainable growth.Qualifications Solid experience in hospitality, members clubs or luxury lifestyle environments. Sociable personality with ability to relate to a diverse and international clientele. Proven team management and leadership skills. Professional, discreet and excellent communication skills. Strong organisational abilities, attention to detail and proactive approach. Creative mindset for delivering "surprise & delight" moments.
