This entry-level luxury hospitality role supports the Concierge team in providing thoughtful, personalized assistance while creating unforgettable Venetian moments for our international guests.
You will act as a knowledgeable and welcoming point of contact, ensuring every guest interaction reflects the highest standards of service, discretion, and attention to detail.Providing tailored recommendations for restaurants, cultural events, local attractions, and hidden gems in Venice and the lagoon islands
Coordinating private water taxi and airport transfers with precision and attention to detail
Maintaining accurate records of guest arrangements, preferences, and special requests
Managing incoming and outgoing guest mail, packages, and deliveries
Liaising closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure a seamless guest journey
Maintaining the organization and presentation of the Concierge desk and public information areas
Anticipating guest needs and supporting creative solutions to enhance the guest experience
Upholding the highest standards of luxury, professionalism, and discretionWhat We're Looking For
Minimum 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role within a luxury hotel or high-end service environment
Fluency inItalian and English ; additional languages are a strong advantage
Proficiency with hotel PMS systems and Microsoft Office
A polished, professional appearance and demeanour suitable for a five-star environmentWorking Conditions
Based onSan Clemente Island , Venice (daily boat transfers required)
