The opportunity:
As a Data Engineer I based on site in Rome, Italy, you will design and implement data-intensive applications, leveraging distributed computing technologies to build scalable and efficient data solutions. The role requires strong problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of modern data engineering practices.

Salary and job classification

Base salary: €30K - €40K

CCNL: Commercio

Ladder: Data Engineer I

Responsibilities:

Take ownership of well-defined tasks, completing them with increasing autonomy;

Understand and adhere to the organization's Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and best practices.

Requirements:

Essential working on site: Rome, Italy;

Italian language;

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science;

Minimum experience of 6 months as a Big Data Engineer;

Good Knowledge of programming languages including Java;

Knowledge of NoSQL and RDBMS databases;

Good communication skills;

Team Player;

Ability to solve complex networking, data, and software issues;

Eager to learn.
