Field Specialist I - SVS - CC_FLD-F at Baker Hughes Qualifications Two‐year Technical Degree preferred. Industry experience and TPS product line training required. Good Mechanical/Control attitude. Ability to work well and communicate with others. Specialization on Centrifugal Compressor products. Responsibilities Receive and follow specific detailed instructions under direct supervision (On‐The‐Job Training required). Learn and assist other crew members during installation and/or maintenance activities in the field at customer sites. Learn how to execute maintenance/installation of TPS rotating equipment and assist crew members in performing the assigned scope of work. Interact primarily with an assigned mentor or direct supervisor and other specialists/supervisors in the group. Execute all required responsibilities safely and as instructed, following all TPS Service applicable processes and procedures. Perform other related duties as required. Conduct business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, legal compliance requirements, and core values.
