Technology Coordinator

Our main objectives are to provide fast and high-quality responses to our customers for spare part quotations, orders, deliveries and claim resolutions.
We are looking for a team player with strong interpersonal skills, good analytical thinking and adaptable to join our Parts Coordination team in Genova, Italy to support our customers in Marine sector.
As PCM coordinator , your work will focus on these responsibilities:
Ensure highest level of quality and response time for quotes and orders
Ensure quality of spare parts sales documents
Ensure correct customer master data and handling instructions are used when processing quotations and orders
Actively follow-up the order book
Diploma or Bachelor degree (technical or commercial)
Fluency in English
SAP knowledge and Supply Chain understanding will be considered as a plus, but it is not a prerequisite
In this role, some travel is required to meet with our customers around the world. Thus, we hope you to be ready to travel approximately 10%, even though most of the meetings are held virtually.
