We are in the mid-50s; for the first time a patient with a stoma can wear an adhesive plastic bag which allows her to manage her intimate needs significantly improving her quality of life. Thanks to Elise Sørensen's intuition and the support of those who believed in her and in her project, the lives of ostomates around the world changed forever. Coloplast is composed of four divisions: Chronic Care, Wound & Tissue Repair, Interventional Urology, Voice & Respiratory Care. Who are we looking for The Business Support Analyst plays a key role within the Business Support department, supporting data-driven decision-making. The role takes responsibility for development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards (and Analytical tools) and process design. The role also supports project management for the department with close collaboration with internal and international stakeholders. Main responsibilities Manage local and international projects establishing solid governance, timeline, KPI definition Design, build, and deploy Power BI dashboards and BI reporting tools Analyze data and trends to provide forward-looking insights Contribute to developing Business Cases to drive investments Curious and eager to learn new tools and methodologies Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science or related fields Experience in similar roles: 2 years in data analysis, business intelligence or reporting roles Experience collaborating with cross‐functional teams Understanding of business processes and ability to link data insights to strategic objectives Advanced Excel: pivot tables, Power Query, formulas Knowledge of data visualization principles and KPI design Excellent knowledge of English language Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems (preferred) Our dedication to inclusion and diversity is constant and ensures that every selection process is conducted without any form of discrimination based on race, religion, sex, nationality, age, marital status, disability, gender identity, or any other characteristic not related to the skills required for the role.
