We are looking for a Personal Assistant to join our team in direct support of the Chief of Real Estate , working alongside the function in the operational, organizational, and coordination management of activities related to the Group's real estate portfolio.
This is an ideal position for a recent graduate in Architecture or Engineering with a strong interest in the Real Estate sector, who wishes to develop cross-functional skills in project management, organization, and strategic support in direct contact with the head of the function.
Managing the agenda, appointments, and business trips of the Chief of Real Estate
Supporting the preparation of documents, reports, presentations, and materials for internal and external meetings
Coordinating and monitoring timelines related to real estate projects (new openings, renovations, technical due diligence)
Liaising with architecture firms, general contractors, suppliers, and external consultants
Collecting, organizing, and archiving technical project documentation (floor plans, bills of quantities, permits, authorizations)
Supporting the preparation of summaries and reporting for management
Degree in Architecture or Engineering (Master's or Bachelor's)
Strong proficiency in the Office suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with technical design software (AutoCAD, Revit) is a plus
Good command of English, both written and spoken
Availability for an internship path with growth opportunities within the function
6-month internship
