• 8256 EUR/mo### Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Senior SAP SD/MM Consultant to join our Operations team.

The successful candidate will play a central role in supporting, optimizing, and enhancing SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM) processes within a fast-paced FMCG environment.

This role requires deep functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA, proven experience integrating SAP with satellite systems, and strong stakeholder engagement across multiple business functions. Key responsibilities

• Provide senior-level support and consultancy for SAP SD and MM modules.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
• Support and optimize end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Procurement, and IT to improve processes and outcomes.
• Lead configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support activities in SAP S/4HANA landscapes.
• Manage and maintain integrations between SAP and third-party/satellite systems to ensure reliable data flow and process efficiency.
• Drive incident resolution, conduct root cause analysis, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support project delivery, system enhancements, upgrades, and transformation programs.
• Produce and maintain functional documentation, process maps, and end-user training materials.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, promoting SAP best practices. Required skills & experience
• Senior-level experience as an SAP SD/MM Consultant with a proven track record.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP SD and MM functional capabilities and configuration.
• Demonstrated experience with SAP integrations and working with satellite systems.
• Experience in the FMCG or similar high-volume, fast-paced industries.
• Fluency in Country (mandatory).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in operational support and business-facing environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with SAP integration technologies and middleware solutions.
• Solid understanding of Supply Chain and Logistics processes.
• Experience in global or multi-country SAP deployments and support.
• SAP S/4HANA certification is advantageous. Personal attributes
