The Role – Your Passion Your Roadsorfer Station – Location Management: Take on the independent leadership and establishment of the location, closely collaborating with central departments to oversee day-to-day operations on-site.
Team Leadership: As a Team Leader, motivate and lead your on-site team, including onboarding, effective task planning, and quality control.
Build your team and seek the right talent for your location.
Fleet Management: Keep an overview of the local vehicle fleet for rental and sales—documentation, maintenance, cleanliness, and coordination with local service partners.
Successfully completed training or studies in a relevant subject area or comparable qualification.
At least 1‐2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in areas such as car rental, tourism, or similar—career changers are welcome.
Excellent English plus fluent knowledge of the language for the country you applied for.
