Sales Development Representative (Cold Calling Specialist) – Pzaz.Are you confident on the phone, energetic, and driven by results? io, we're looking for a Sales Development Representative who thrives on cold calling — someone who can turn a list of leads into booked demos with our sales advisors. If you love connecting with people, overcoming objections, and hearing "yes" after "yes," this is your chance to make an impact at a fast-growing creative tech company. Your mission is simple: book as many qualified demos as possible. You'll be reaching out to production companies and creative professionals every day, introducing them to Pzaz.io and getting them excited to meet with our sales team. Call, call, and call again. Spend your day on the phone making repeated outbound calls daily — to spark interest and curiosity. Deliver a sharp, engaging intro that gets prospects to book a demo. Book qualified demos. Log all calls and outcomes in our CRM (Pipedrive) to keep your pipeline organized. Hit (and exceed) weekly and monthly demo booking goals — with bonuses for top performers. Fluent in written and spoken English (bonus points for additional languages). 1+ years in sales or outreach — ideally cold calling, telesales, or inside sales. Organized and disciplined, with strong CRM habits (Pipedrive experience preferred). Bonus: Passion for film, video, or creative industries. io is redefining how filmmakers and creative agencies manage their productions — from concept to delivery. As part of our outbound sales team, you'll be the first voice potential customers hear — the spark that starts every new relationship. You consistently hit or exceed demo booking targets. You maintain a high call volume and strong conversion rate. You help expand our global footprint — one conversation at a time. Love storytelling and connecting with creative minds. Know how to balance empathy with assertiveness in sales. Salary is basic only for the first 6 months' probation period, OTE will be negotiated after the end of probation period. **
