Job title : Formulation, Labelling & Quality Specialist (Maternity cover)

We're looking for the specialist in formulation, quality and labelling for the Fidenza site, with a temporary contract term (maternity leave replacement). This function plays a key role in meeting customer needs against production efficiency, quality requirements and legal compliance of the final products. This role operates in the Animal Nutrition sector. When creating new formulations, the specialist interacts with regulatory affairs, production, sales department and technical marketing. In the field of quality, the specialist collaborates with several functions (laboratory both internal or external/customers) to give assistance and achieve shared goals.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Formulation and quotation of products for Fidenza site, ensuring production and quality parameters, current legal requirements and customer needs are met in due time.
• Products labelling in conformity with current legislation.
• Formulation changes in existing products for Fidenza site.
• Incoming raw material checking (documental).
• Batch production checking.
• Internal and external audit support.

You Bring

• Degree in Animal Production, Veterinary Medicine, Agricultural Engineering or Biology.
• Good English knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of HACCP and Feed Safety.
• Proactivity, accuracy, diligence and execution attitude.
• A spirit of initiative and drive for progress, contributing to our collective success as you are empowered to take ownership.
