Overview In this role you will enhance reliability and continuous improvement of plant equipment across a four-site network. You will support operational efficiency through proactive maintenance, repairs, and upgrades, collaborating with cross‐functional teams to sustain safe, compliant and productive facilities. Responsabilità
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of premises and equipment
Perform mechanical and electrical repairs and installations
Develop and implement maintenance procedures
Plan and schedule planned and unplanned maintenance activities
Monitor inventory and manage procurement needs
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Manage contractors and oversee workmanship quality
Diagnose faults and analyze equipment breakdowns
Advise on upgrades or replacements based on condition
Document maintenance work for records and future reference
Manage maintenance budgets and cost control
Train maintenance staff and coordinate work schedules
Conduct root cause analysis of major failures and implement corrective actions
Requisiti fondamentali
~5+ years of professional experience in pharma manufacturing environments
~ Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering/Science
~ experience in roles within the pharmaceutical industry (manufacturing)
~ technical proficiency in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
~ familiarity with safety protocols and regulatory requirements
~ Leadership and social influence
~ Flexibility and adaptability
~ Planning and organizational skills
~ Advanced certifications in maintenance (preferred)
~ Experience with CMMS
~ Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
