Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled PLM / CAD Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) processes, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency in our product development lifecycle. This position is crucial for driving innovation and maintaining our competitive edge in the industry. As a PLM / CAD Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving our PLM and CAD systems to enhance productivity and streamline workflows. Responsibilities Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to identify and implement PLM / CAD solutions. Conduct detailed analysis of current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement. Develop and maintain documentation for PLM / CAD processes and systems. Provide training and support to end‐users to ensure effective utilization of PLM / CAD tools. Manage issues and incident resolution, providing support and administration for CAD and PLM systems. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend best practices. Qualifications Technical Skills, Qualifications and Professional Experience Proficiency in PLM and CAD software (e.g., PTC Windchill, Creo Parametric, Siemens Teamcenter, CATIA v5, AutoCAD, SolidWorks). Strong understanding of product development processes and lifecycle management. Experience with data analysis and reporting tools. Excellent problem‐solving and analytical skills. To be successful in this role, you should have: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in administration/implementing PLM / CAD systems within structured industries. Proven track record of successfully implementing PLM / CAD solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. J-18808-Ljbffr
