Product Data Management Lead

Are you passionate about launching innovative tech products? Skilled in both Product Management and Marketing? Ready to drive success in a global automation leader? We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Handheld Scanning Business Unit . In this hybrid role, you’ll lead one or more product lines, owning strategy, roadmap, positioning, and go-to-market plans.
You’ll work cross-functionally with R&D, Sales, Marketing, and customers to ensure our solutions deliver real market value.
Drive product and marketing strategy across assigned lines
Create marketing materials and sales tools
Train global sales teams and support key accounts
Analyze customer needs and market trends
Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or similar (Master’s a plus)
~2–5 years in Product Management or Marketing roles
~ Fluent in English and Italian
~ Willingness to travel

Familiarity with SAP ERP, IBM Jazz, or similar tools
