We are looking for an ambitious and highly motivated Off-Cycle Investment Analyst to join our Corporate Development team in Milan for a 6-month full-time internship (February 2026 – July 2026). You will join a dynamic team of eight investment professionals and gain hands-on exposure to live technology acquisitions across Europe and North America. The internship is available through a university programme or for recent graduates (within 12 months). Exceptional performance may lead to a full-time offer. The role follows a hybrid working model. Support commercial, product, and financial due diligence processes Assist in preparing investment memos and materials for internal investment committees Collaborate closely with Finance, Product, Legal, and Value Creation teams Work directly with senior team members on live transactions At least one prior internship in finance, ideally investment banking, strategy consulting, or buy-side investing MBA graduates are also encouraged to apply Fluency in English; Italian or another European language is a plus Direct exposure to global M&A transactions from day one Practical experience in financial and commercial due diligence A front-row seat inside one of Europe's fastest-growing AI-powered software groups, backed by tier-one investors The opportunity to work alongside experienced dealmakers in a fast-paced, international environment If you are driven, curious, and eager to build real investment experience inside a high-growth AI-powered software group, we would love to hear from you.
