CTO/COO

A key component of this initiative will be the development of a market leading behavioural intelligence Platform. In addition, the number of intersecting projects ongoing in parallel within the Company and the matrix with Company professionals involved into delivering those projects, is quite complex and needs to be monitored and readjusted on a constant basis. The selected Manager (CTO/COO) will than have two different areas of responsibilities. This will cover the end to end process, from data strategy, to data acquisition and correlation, up to service delivery preparation and Agentic AI interactive and conversational delivery of the services. On the other side He/She will have to supervise the best allocation of delivery resources across Company projects, ensuring the quality of the services and maximizing Bhave marginality. Manage the matrix of task assignments by delivery resources across entire Company project portfolio


Efficient allocation of project delivery resources to ensure deadlines respect, quality of delivery and Bhave target marginality.
