About the Role

The selected resource will support the manager in these activities:

Support in activities related to the implementation of the HSE management system in the area of safety and environment (ISO 45001 and ISO 14001);

Collaboration in the creation and updating of safety documentation (DVR, DUVRI) for the activities performed;

Supporting the management of non-conformities (accidents; hazardous events) and related corrective actions in the HSE field;

Collaboration with HR and the Competent Doctor for the management of health surveillance;

Support in managing employee training documentation pursuant to Legislative Decree 81/08;

Support in the management of waste disposal processes produced in the company and preparation of relevant documentation (waste form, loading and unloading register);

Support in the management of management and legal deadlines (internal audits, maintenance, etc.);

Support in organising and recording internal maintenance activities.

What You Need to Be Successful
We would like to meet candidates who:

Have a master's degree in Safety Engineering, Prevention Techniques in the Environment and Workplace, Environmental Engineering, or similar;

English fluency;

Show flexibility, proactivity and the ability to work in a team and in a dynamic environment;

Show strong communication skills.
