As an international EPC contractor specialized in delivering complex projects for the global energy sector, we are looking for a Junior HSE Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support the development and continuous improvement of our Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Management System, while actively contributing to key HSE initiatives and projects.
Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Management System;
Assist in ensuring compliance with all applicable HSE standards, regulations, and company policies;
Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of HSE documentation, including guidelines, procedures, and reports;
Support the promotion and reinforcement of a strong safety culture across all project sites;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide HSE support for ongoing EPC projects;
Help identify potential hazards and contribute to risk assessments and mitigation actions;
Assist in organizing and conducting HSE training sessions and awareness programs;
Monitor HSE performance indicators and support the preparation of regular reports;
Gain hands‑on experience working in dynamic and challenging environments typical of large‑scale energy projects
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical fields;
Fluent in English (spoken and written);
Solid knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook);
A proactive attitude, with a genuine interest in HSE topics.
Auditor qualification and/or certifications related to HSE Management Systems .
Parma (PR), with willingness to travel as required.
