Greentalent, recruiter specialized in search and selection of professionals and managers in the Energy, Engineering and Environment market, on behalf of an investment and asset management platform addressed to the renewable energy generation sector, is looking for a: Project Manager ConstructionResponsibilities On-schedule and on-budget delivery of quality wind and PV projects according to QHSE, local and industry standards;Support the Contract Manager in contract negotiation for PV, wind farms and BESS facilities;Manage the BoP, TSA, PV, BESS contracts execution, coordinating engineering, procurement, site management as well as liaising with financial and legal teams and the project development organisation;Coordinate and oversee onsite the BOP and WTG/PV/BESS construction and commissioning activities in coordination with the QHSE manager, contractors, quality procedures and lenders technical advisors;Manage the transfer of the assets at COD to the asset management department;Be responsible for project performance and status reporting;Enforce compliance with local codes and requirements as well as enforcing health, safety and environmental policy;Be responsible for the implementation of an efficient work process for execution of projects, vendor and contractor evaluation and qualification;Work closely to engineering team in order to ensure a smooth transition from the engineering phase to execution phase.Basic Qualifications and RequirementsBachelor's degree in a technology related subject;Minimum 3 years of experience in the management of EPC for wind energy projects whose rated power is higher than 30 MW and where wind turbine generators with rated power higher than 3 MW have been installed;Experience in onsite supervision during construction and commissioning of PV and wind projects and ability for technical reviews and technical analysis both onsite and as back office;Willing to attend construction sites weekly during 3 to 4 days per week;Clear understanding of EPC contracts and multiple contracting scenarios;Resource Management: assigning and managing human and material resources efficiently, monitoring construction progress, and addressing any issues in real-time;Fluent in Italian and English both in word and writing.Location: Preferably based in Rome, but with regular travel to sites.
