We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Regulatory Affairs Officer to join our team in Monza. This role is focused on global regulatory activities for food supplements within the Consumer Care Health (CCH) portfolio. The ideal candidate will support the preparation, submission, and maintenance of regulatory dossiers and documentation in compliance with EU and international regulations. Key Responsibilities Prepare and update regulatory dossiers for food supplements, including new product launches, in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Quality, Safety, R&D). Compile technical and administrative documents for product notifications, registration applications (EU and non-EU), as well as for variations and renewals. Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs teams in local affiliates to manage submissions and monitor approval processes. Review global master packaging texts and artworks in English, working closely with Global Marketing, R&D, and Safety teams. Review global English versions of promotional materials related to food supplements. Assist in maintaining an organized archive of regulatory documentation. Contribute to the drafting and revision of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and support training activities related to food supplement regulations. Support impact assessments of new or emerging regulations affecting food supplement products. Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific or healthcare-related field (preferred : Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Biological Sciences). 2–3 years of experience in a similar Regulatory Affairs role, ideally in the food supplements sector. Solid understanding of regulatory requirements for food supplements in EU and international markets. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
