We are currently looking for a Mechanical Site Engineer to join our M Renewables team in Italy, part of our subsidiary METKA EGN.
Pre-condition site surveysInitial site setup and establishment (supported by the HSE site engineers)Coordinate with project manager, construction manager and site engineers to ensure integrated project delivery. Supervise subcontractors schedule and worksReport to the project manager any deviations from the PoW or scope by the subcontractorsAssist the team with project budgets for mechanical works, ensuring cost-effective procurement of materials and services. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably within the renewable energy sector Ability to interpret electrical, mechanical and civil construction drawings is essential. Fluency in English and Italian is essentialKnowledge of AUTOCADExcellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skillsCompensation & Contractual FrameworkThe starting gross annual salary (RAL) for this position is 35,100, based on objective and gender-neutral criteria. Applicable CCNL: MetalmeccanicoCNA Level / Inquadramento: B2/B1The final compensation may reflect the candidate's relevant experience and competencies, in line with the Company's remuneration framework.
