Senior Business Development Executive

KIONA— part of the CAREL Group — is looking for an Head of Business responsible for driving the commercial success of Kiona’s solutions in the local market, to join our CAREL Italy team. His/Her focus is on operational sales leadership—building and managing a high-performing sales team, executing local sales plans, and ensuring pipeline health and conversion.
He/she is also the senior representative in the country, which means he/she serve as the office manager, contributing to a positive and collaborative office culture that aligns with Kiona’s values.
#Execute the country-specific GTM plan in alignment with the central strategy.
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring CRM accuracy and forecasting discipline.
Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to ensure seamless customer journeys.
Monitor and report on sales performance, conversion rates, and market feedback.
Represent Kiona in the local market, including customer meetings, events, and partner forums.
Operational Discipline: Skilled in CRM usage, pipeline management, and forecasting.
Clear, confident, and persuasive communicator in both local language and English.
