We are looking for a Contract Management Assistant to work in the CORSER Unit.
EFSA is committed to supporting the careers of people with visible and invisible disabilities that are encouraged to apply to Randstad open positions to be deployed at EFSA. Excellent knowledge of English (at least C1 level);
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
Previous experience in project management and logistics;
Knowledge of Italian is considered an asset;
Behavioural skills: drafting and synthesis skills, project/process/activity management, presentation and communication, planning and monitoring, critical thinking and problem solving, organisational skills.
Assignment: initial contract of 3 months, with possibility of extension. 2259 per month before taxes.
Work modalities: office work is required on at least 2 days per week. Remote work is possiblewithin 2 hours from EFSA's premises in Parma, Italy, for the remaining days.
