Offerta - Coordinare e ottimizzare i processi di industrializzazione per garantire efficienza e qualità. - Collaborare con i team di produzione e progettazione per implementare soluzioni innovative. - Monitorare le performance produttive e individuare aree di miglioramento continuo. - Definire gli standard tecnici e assicurare la conformità alle normative di settore. - Supportare l'introduzione di nuovi prodotti e tecnologie in produzione. - Analizzare i costi produttivi e proporre strategie per la loro ottimizzazione. - Redigere report tecnici e presentare i risultati alle parti interessate Competenze ed esperienza Un/a Industrializzazione di successo dovrebbe avere: - Una laurea in Ingegneria o un titolo equivalente nel settore industriale/manifatturiero. - Esperienza consolidata in processi produttivi e tecniche di industrializzazione (preferibilmente nell'assemblaggio). - Orientamento al miglioramento continuo e all'innovazione tecnologica. - Competenze analitiche per l'ottimizzazione dei costi e dei processi. Completa l'offerta - Contratto a tempo indeterminato con condizioni competitive. - Retribuzione annua lorda stimata tra i 38000 EUR e i 50000 EUR. - Ambiente di lavoro stimolante e orientato all'innovazione. - Possibilità di crescita professionale e sviluppo delle competenze tecniche. - Opportunità di contribuire a progetti strategici nel settore industriale/manifatturiero.
