Italdesign is looking for a passionate and dynamic person, with strong verbal and written communicational skills, who will be part of the Legal & Governance team.Reporting directly to the manager of the function, as a Legal Specialist you will provide legal support on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, helping to ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.You will work closely with various business functions, including Purchasing, R&D, Quality, Sales, HR and Compliance, as well as external legal advisors and authorities. This role offers exposure to cutting‐edge projects related to mobility, technological innovation, and design.ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts typical of engineering services companies, both in Italian and English, such as supply and subcontracting agreements, R&D and engineering service agreements, NDAs and confidentiality agreements, framework agreements with Business Partners.Support corporate governance activities, including drafting of board resolutions, powers of attorney, and maintaining corporate records.Support the internal units in the management of legal issues, legal opinions.Support in dealing with governance and Data Protection (GDPR).Monitor and interpret applicable laws and regulations impacting Company business.Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders and ensure risk mitigation in day‐to‐day operations.Work with IT and Compliance team on matters related to IT security and internal and Group policies.Coordinate with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies when needed.Key requirements3–5 years of experience in a legal department of multinational industrial companies (preferably in the automotive sector) or in international law firms with strong focus on commercial and corporate law.Solid knowledge of civil, commercial, and corporate law (national and European Union regulations).Autonomous drafting of legal texts.Preferential requirementsQualification for the legal profession (bar examination).Second‐level master's degree in business law.Familiarity with the regulatory framework applicable to the automotive industry.EducationMaster's degree in law.Language skills: Fluent knowledge of written and spoken Italian and English are required.
