Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented HSE professional to join our team as an Entry Level Administrator. This role will involve supporting daily activities to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. You will assist the HSE team in tasks related to safety and environmental compliance, ensuring all necessary documents are up-to-date and accurate. Organize and maintain safety documentation, including training records, checklists, and reports, using your organizational skills to keep everything in order. Monitor and manage safety equipment, tracking inventory, conducting checks, and maintaining schedules to guarantee optimal functionality. Coordinate trainings and track employee certifications, ensuring everyone is adequately prepared for their roles. Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries following audits or inspections, providing concise insights into areas of improvement. Participate in safety walks and inspections to identify potential risks, contributing to a safer work environment. Collaborate with local teams to promote a safety culture and awareness among employees, fostering a positive work atmosphere. To succeed in this role, you should have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, good communication and teamwork abilities, proficiency in Google Suite, fluency in both Italian and English, and basic knowledge of Italian HSE regulations.
