The successful candidate will become a memberof R&D Photolithography team playing a critical role in developing new processes, and optimizing them to improve product robustness, quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness, aiming to finally scale up to high-volume manufacturing.
Develop, implement, and optimize advanced photolithography processes for MEMS fabricationproducts in R&D photolithography area.
Collaborate closely with design, device engineering team, quality, and production teams to ensure seamless process integration
Analyze process data and troubleshoot issues to reach process qualification and enhance yield and reduce variability.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards fulfilling sustainability roadmap
Assist in the development, characterization, and optimization ofphotolithography processesfor MEMS devices.
Support process integration activities, includingmask alignment, resist coating, exposure, and development steps.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, process engineering, and metrology to ensure process robustness and yield improvement.
Perform data analysis and documentation of experimental results, maintaining accurate process records.
Participate in troubleshooting and root cause analysis of process deviations or defects.
Master’s degree in materials science, physics, chemistry, materials engineering or related fields
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced R&D environment.
Ability to analyze complex data and apply statistical process control (SPC)
Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Efficiently prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.
Hands-on experience in MEMS process development and microfabrication techniques
