Le tue principali attività saranno:Coordinamento e gestione di team di lavoro (2-3 persone), fungendo da punto di riferimento tecnico e organizzativo.Organizzazione e pianificazione dei programmi di lavoro, definendo le priorità e garantendo il rispetto delle scadenze.Collaborazione strategica con gli uffici commerciale, preventivi e acquisti per allineare le soluzioni tecniche alle esigenze di business.Interfaccia diretta con i clienti per la raccolta, l'analisi e la definizione accurata delle specifiche tecniche.Verifica rigorosa della corretta applicazione delle norme tecniche di progettazione.Head of EngineeringRelazioni funzionali interne: Colleghi delle aree Engineering, Construction, Sales, PurchasingRelazioni funzionali esterne: ClientiHard Skills:Laurea in Ingegneria Civile / Edile.Ottima conoscenza dei principali software di progettazione e modellazione strutturale (Midas, Sismicad, Aztec).Conoscenza della lingua inglese.Cosa offriamo:Inserimento diretto in una Realtà solida e riconosciuta nel settore dell'Ingegneria, in continua espansione e orientata all'innovazione.Ambiente di lavoro giovane, dinamico e altamente collaborativo, dove il contributo di ogni membro è valorizzato.Contratto a tempo indeterminato con retribuzione commisurata all'esperienza, premi al raggiungimento degli obiettivi e concrete opportunità di crescita economica e professionale.Formazione continua e percorsi di crescita on-the-job, affiancato da colleghi esperti, per sviluppare competenze altamente specialistiche.
