Tendering Specialist

Adecco's specialized Lifescience division is currently seeking a Tender Specialist for a leading company in the sales and rental of medical devices and electromedical equipment. Responsibilities: The selected candidate will join the Back Office team and will be responsible for the following activities: Analyzing tender notices, drafting documentation, and preparing economic and technical-administrative bids for public procurement contracts related to the supply of medical devices and equipment. Managing and archiving sales and rental documentation. Processing orders and managing deliveries. Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable. Invoicing and monitoring deadlines. Handling customer relations and providing assistance via email and phone. Collaborating with other departments to ensure an efficient workflow. Monitoring order status and inventory levels. Utilizing the Arca management software for data entry and management. Requirements: Diploma or degree in administration, commerce, or related fields. Experience in managing public procurement contracts, preferably in the field of medical device supplies for the public sector. Knowledge of current legislation on public procurement. Preferable familiarity with the Arca management software. Previous experience in back office or administrative roles, preferably in the medical or healthcare sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of the English language. Proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office). Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently and in a team.
