Ruby labs is looking for a Senior CRO Manager – someone who lives and breathes conversion optimization and delivers measurable results. Unlike companies where CRO specialists simply make recommendations, you'll drive the entire process: from data analysis and hypothesis generation to creating high-fidelity mockups, collaborating with developers on implementation, and ultimately owning the performance outcomes. Lead end-to-end optimization cycles: research → hypothesis → design → testing → rollout. Perform deep funnel analysis and competitive benchmarking to uncover high-impact opportunities. Design high-quality UI/UX mockups that clearly communicate your vision and maintain brand integrity. Partner with engineers to ensure flawless test implementation and deployment. Proven CRO Results: 3+ years of hands-on CRO experience, ideally with subscription or SaaS funnels, with documented performance lifts. Skilled in platforms such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Growthbook (or similar). Clear, persuasive communicator with strong English skills (written and spoken). Fluent English: Exposure to marketing attribution models, UTM parameters, and ROAS measurement. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute quickly. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. We value ambitious professionals who deliver results.
