Chi cerchiamo Per la nostra sede di Rodengo Saiano (BS) siamo alla ricerca di un/a Assistente al Responsabile della Manutenzione Bioenergie da inserire all'interno del Team Manutenzione. Tale struttura ha l'obiettivo di assicurare la programmazione, l’organizzazione e l’esecuzione degli interventi di manutenzione sugli impianti, nel rispetto degli impegni contrattuali assunti con i clienti e delle normative tecniche di riferimento, garantendo la sicurezza degli operatori e delle apparecchiature e interfacciandosi con eventuali subappaltatori; segnalare la necessità di componenti di ricambio e/o non conformità sui componenti installati; gestire il processo di diagnostica predittiva dei componenti elettrici critici, al fine di individuare precocemente le anomalie incipienti e di prevenire i guasti; contribuire al miglioramento di piani e interventi manutentivi; supportare il Responsabile Service Management nelle analisi di fattibilità tecnica degli interventi su impianti biogas e nella predisposizione del budget per l’area di competenza. Per quale società L'inserimento avverrà in Agripower Spa, società del Gruppo A2A che si occupa dello sviluppo e gestione di impianti di generazione elettrica da biogas/biometano e da biomasse Ti occuperai di Supportare attivamente il responsabile nella gestione operativa e nella supervisione della manutenzione degli impianti. Coordinazione Operativa: Assistere il responsabile di manutenzione nella pianificazione e coordinazione delle attività di manutenzione preventiva e correttiva sugli impianti Monitoraggio delle Prestazioni: Contribuire al monitoraggio delle prestazioni degli impianti e alla elaborazione di dati relativi al rendimento, al consumo di risorse e alle prestazioni generali. Manutenzione Preventiva: Collaborare nella pianificazione e nell'esecuzione delle attività di manutenzione preventiva per garantire il funzionamento ottimale degli impianti. Gestione del personale: Supportare il responsabile di manutenzione nella gestione delle risorse umane, interne ed esterne (es. fornitori, conduttori d'impianto) Assistenza Tecnica: Fornire assistenza tecnica e supporto operativo durante le operazioni di manutenzione e riparazione degli impianti. Assistenza amministrativa: predisposizione RDA per ufficio acquisti, compilazione di Specifiche Tecniche, verifica tecnica offerte, verifica rapporti di lavoro manutentori esterni con attribuzione di commessa per la predisposizione degli ordini. Reportistica: Contribuire alla preparazione di report di manutenzione, documentazione tecnica e registrazioni degli interventi effettuati sugli impianti per la Direzione e/o Amministrazione; Sicurezza: Assicurarsi che tutte le attività di manutenzione siano svolte in conformità alle normative di sicurezza sul lavoro e alle procedure aziendali. Sei la persona giusta se ti riconosci in questo profilo Diploma di scuola superiore con indirizzo tecnico, preferibilmente con specializzazione elettrica o meccanica; Competenze tecniche e di coordinamento per garantire un funzionamento efficiente degli impianti e un mantenimento costante delle attrezzature. Buone conoscenze informatiche di base ( Office, mail, Autocad); 4/5 anni di esperienza nel ruolo; Verrà considerato titolo preferenziale: eventuali esperienze e conoscenze in ambito energetico e/o nell'ambito degli impianti di processo; conoscenza tecnica dei processi coinvolti nella generazione di energia da biomasse e biogas. Capacità di coordinare e supportare attivamente le attività di manutenzione degli impianti. Capacità organizzative e di gestione delle risorse. Attenzione ai dettagli e capacità di mantenere accurate registrazioni delle attività svolte; Disponibilità alle trasferte sul territorio nazionale; Disponibilità al lavoro fuori orario; Disponibilità supporto telefonico anche oltre orario di lavoro; Patente di guida B Saranno valutate esclusivamente le candidature inviate tramite il Sito Carriere aziendale.
