Gestire le attività di budgeting e forecasting della formazione.
Svolgere le attività di analisi e reporting.
Contribuire alla gestione del processo di onboarding per i neoassunti.
Supportare le attività di progettazione e gestione di nuove iniziative di sviluppo in ambito talent development.
Accompagnare la Direzione HR nell’implementazione della struttura organizzativa. Si richiede disponibilità full time.
