Come programmatore software, sarai responsabile dello sviluppo, del testing e della manutenzione di software di alta qualità. Sarai coinvolto nella raccolta dei requisiti, nella progettazione e implementazione di soluzioni software su misura e nella gestione di task di sviluppo. Inoltre, avrai l'opportunità di contribuire alla valutazione delle esigenze dei clienti e alla definizione di soluzioni tecniche adeguate.

Le metodologie e le tecnologie che adoperiamo Architetture a microservizi, architetture API RESTful, architetture a code;
Framework Spring, e Spring Boot ove implementato;
Best practices relative alla qualità del software: Unit Test, Integration Test, UAT, CI/CD;
Linguaggio Java dalle versioni 11 alla 17;
Sistemi per la gestione delle code come Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ.
Cosa Richiediamo? Esperienza di medio livello (tra i 3 e i 7 anni di esperienza) nello sviluppo software ed esperienza pregressa nel settore della consulenza.
Esperienza di lavoro secondo una modalità di prossimità, a stretto contatto con i clienti, occasionalmente anche in loco.
Esperienza con la modalità di lavoro adattiva, nella gestione di task di sviluppo ma anche di raccolta requisiti.
Capacità di stimare la durata delle proprie attività e collocarle all'interno di un progetto più ampio.
Gradita ma non necessaria esperienza nella gestione dell'intero ciclo di vita dei progetti, dalla raccolta dei requisiti al post go live dei progetti.
Ottime capacità di comunicazione, collaborazione, proattività e risoluzione dei problemi.
Conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese scritte e parlate per collaborare con fornitori e squadre estere.
Sede di lavoro a Milano, Bologna, Torino, Roma o Bari.
Disponibilità a lavorare in presenza uno o due giorni alla settimana.
