Product Owner – Logistic SolutionsABOUT THE JOBLogistics Reply is a rapidly evolving company that provides a Saa S platform (LEA Reply) for Supply Chain Management to leading enterprises worldwide. Every day, our customers' operations rely on our solutions to move goods faster, smarter, and more efficiently.We are looking for aProduct Owner – Logistic Solutions , a professional with solid experience in logistics operations and process design, passionate about transforming operational know-how into innovative solutions.This is a full-time position based in Milan, with a hybrid workplace arrangement between office and smart working.You will take end-to-end ownership of specific functional areas within the LEA Reply suite, defining and shaping the evolution of our logistics solutions. You will translate operational and business requirements into product specifications, functional stories, and clear priorities for the development team.• You will bring your deep understanding of logistics processes—warehouse operations, inbound/outbound flows, cross-docking, inventory, and order management—to design intuitive and effective application scenarios. You will work closely with functional analysts, developers, and project managers to ensure the successful delivery of product features. You will be accountable for the functional design quality, providing direction and feedback throughout the implementation cycle.• You will leverage your background in logistics to anticipate customer needs, identify opportunities for process improvement, and help shape the roadmap of next-generation warehouse and supply chain solutions.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines.• 4–6 years of professional experience in logistics or supply chain operations, preferably within structured organizations such as 3 PLs, manufacturing, retail, or e-commerce environments. Previous exposure to warehouse management systems (WMS) or logistics IT solutions is a strong plus.• Ability to translate operational challenges into product requirements and to guide development teams with clarity and ownership.• We go deep into our clients' operations to deliver tangible value and measurable results.• We invest in innovation, technology, and people—constantly re-imagining how supply chains can work better, faster, and smarterWHAT WE OFFER :Competitive salary and benefits package
