Overview In this role you will lead and shape the Clinical Project Management function, ensuring compliant, timely delivery of trials across all phases. You will mentor CPMs, optimize resource use, and align project work with portfolio goals. You'll drive cross-functional collaboration, uphold quality standards, and contribute to strategic planning. This is a chance to influence the clinical development pace at a global scale within a values-driven organization.

Responsabilità
Strategic oversight and management of clinical project delivery, aligning with timelines, budget, and quality targets
Line management, mentorship, and professional development of Clinical Project Managers
Resource planning and allocation to trials based on competencies and workload
Operational excellence, governance, and compliance with SOPs, GCP, and regulatory standards
Development of tools, KPIs, templates, and guidance for project management
Cross-functional representation and involvement in portfolio planning and strategy
Fostering an inclusive, accountable team culture and supporting engagement and recognition initiatives
Requisiti fondamentali
~ Advanced degree in Life Sciences preferred (PhD, MD, PharmD, or equivalent); Master's or Bachelor's with relevant experience considered
~8–10 years in clinical research with substantial clinical project management and people leadership
~ Proven line management, performance management, coaching, and resource planning experience
~ Budgeting and financial planning experience
~ Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, clinical trial lifecycle, regulatory requirements, and CRO/vendor management
~ Strategic thinking, excellent organizational and communication skills
~ Fluent in English; healthcare compliance and clinical development expertise
~ Excellent project management capabilities with problem-solving and conflict mediation
