Responsible for producing sales training materials, press releases for industry, fact sheets or web site materials for government organizations; also may write about research discoveries for medical journals, web sites, newsletters, magazines, newspapers, and any other medium that includes coverage of health and medical issues.

Job Description :

Havas Life Milan, an agency specialized in Healthcare communication, is seeking a Medical Writer for its Milan office.

The candidate will be responsible for drafting scientific texts dedicated to all health sector targets (doctors, patients, pharmacists), in line with current legislation regarding pharmaceutical communication.

The candidate will be integrated into the Medical department of Havas Life with an immediate growth program. Specifically, they will be involved in:

• Autonomous management of the drafting of medical-scientific communication materials aimed at different health sector targets.
• Autonomous management of the text in all phases of the workflow (writing, revisions, editing, layout control).
• Ability to read and interpret clinical study results.
• Ability to interpret client requests and proactive engagement with them.
• Ability to interface with the client and the work team.

Requirements:

• Degree in Scientific Disciplines
• Scientific preparation, research, and critical analysis of scientific literature, precision.
• At least 3 years of experience in leading communication agencies in the health sector.
• Ability to meet deadlines for assigned tasks and reporting activities.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language.
• Excellent use of the Office suite.

Working Hours: Full-time in hybrid mode (3 days in presence, 2 days remote)

Salary and employment classification will be in line with the candidate's skills and experience.
