Adecco Healthcare, divisione specializzata nella selezione di profili in ambito medico-sanitario, ricerca per una prestigiosa struttura sanitaria con sede a Milano un/una: Operations Manager Senior La risorsa sara inserita all'interno del team operativo e sara responsabile della gestione e ottimizzazione dei processi outpatient e inpatient, contribuendo alla pianificazione strategica e al miglioramento continuo delle attivita cliniche e organizzative. Attivita principali:- Analisi dei processi e co-progettazione del percorso del paziente;- Programmazione degli asset ambulatoriali e di ricovero;- Gestione dei posti letto e pianificazione delle sale operatorie;- Monitoraggio delle performance e della produttivita;- Coordinamento del personale customer;- Interfaccia principale per gli interlocutori interni nella programmazione delle attivita. Requisiti richiesti:- Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale, Economia o discipline affini;- Esperienza di almeno 3 anni in ruolo analogo;- Ottima conoscenza degli strumenti informatici;- Spiccate capacita relazionali e di problem solving;- Predisposizione al lavoro in team;- Adattabilita e resistenza allo stress;- Esperienza pregressa in ambito sanitario considerata requisito preferenziale. Luogo di lavoro: Milano - con disponibilita a spostamenti presso le strutture del territorio. Tipologia di contratto: Inserimento diretto in azienda. Inquadramento e retribuzione saranno commisurati all'esperienza e alle competenze del candidato. Disponibilita oraria: Full Time
