In view of strengthening the team, we are looking for a: Functional Safety Engineer – Automotive The resource will be responsible for the application of the ISO 26262 standard, focusing on the following activities: Verification and application of Hardware/Software requirements and writing system requirements Preparation of test procedures and conducting electrical and functional tests Documentation management according to ISO 26262 Supplier management and collaboration with other departments Preparation of project technical documentation Reliability analysis and failure modes (MTBF, FMEDA, FTA, DFA) Business Industry Automotive Profile Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate has a degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent and has at least one year of experience in the technical area of Functional Safety and with the main laboratory instrumentation. The profile is completed by proactivity, good team working skills, dynamism, as well as good knowledge of Italian and English languages. Requirements: The following skills are required: Good knowledge of Hardware design tools, such as Altium Good knowledge of the ISO 26262 standard (parts 2, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9) Knowledge of MATLAB, Simulink is desirable Knowledge of SVN or Git is desirable Knowledge of DOORS is desirable Offer Permanent position Workplace Modena Job location Europe, Italy, Emilia Romagna, Modena Location Modena Candidate criteria Minimum level of education required: 6.
