We are looking for a brilliant and passionate talent as FP&A Controller with the aim of supporting our fast growth in all countries we operate. You will work closely to the CFO of the group and guide FP&A and Accounting activities.

Your Mission
· Oversee the monthly financial reporting, including:

Prepare management reports and KPIs, provide analysis of the key areas highlighting risks and opportunities, and assist Management in developing action plans and recommendations for improvements;

Costs monitoring against budgets and reforecasts, highlighting areas of overspend and assisting the business partners in the costs tracking and variance explanations;

Support in preparing monthly investors reports.
· Be in charge of consolidated P&L and Balance Sheet;

· Build forecast,budget and business plan;

· Coordinate internal Accounting activities;

· Manage relations with external consultants in Italy, Switzerland, France and Spain;

· Build financialdata-driven analysis in order to support the business;

· Develop financial procedures to optimize the internal processes.

The ideal candidate has
Degree in Economics and Business or Engineering;

3+ years' experience in Accounting, Finance and Control fields in a multi-country and fast-growing company;
alternatively, previousexperience as a consultant (i.E., Big4 and / or financial boutique) in Audit or Transaction Services (2+ years).
Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting;

Solid Accounting knowledge and ability to apply it in different frameworks;

Data-Driven approach as base for making financial decisions;

Positive attitude towards challenges;

Knowledge of Oracle Netsuite is considered as a plus;

Fluency in Italian and English;
Spanish/French/German/Portuguese are considered as a plus.
